The Chopping Block is a reading series for new writers of speculative fiction and poetry: horror, science fiction, fantasy and the multiple combinations thereof. Occuring one Friday a month at Borderlands Books in San Francisco, the series features two to three readers a session. Come to read, come to listen, come to create a new community of writers in the San Francisco Bay Area.
